Last updated: April 2026 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Prediction Arena website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Interface”). The Interface provides front-end access to autonomous, non-custodial smart contracts deployed on the Polygon network. By using the Interface, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

Prediction Arena is a non-custodial interface to smart contracts. We do not hold user funds, do not execute trades on users’ behalf, and do not act as a counterparty to any prediction. All transactions occur directly between the user’s wallet and the smart contracts.

2. Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Interface complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. The Interface is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful.

3. No advice

Nothing on the Interface or in the documentation constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

4. Risk

Use of the Interface involves substantial risk, including but not limited to total loss of staked funds, smart-contract risk, oracle risk, and network risk. See Risk Disclosure.

5. No warranty

The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prediction Arena disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prediction Arena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Interface.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. This is a placeholder template intended for review by qualified counsel before production use.
